1. Booking and Reservation

1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings and reservations are subject to availability. Confirmation of booking will be provided upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

3. Participant Conduct

3.1. Behavioral Expectations: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to others, the environment, and local customs and laws. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the group will result in immediate dismissal from the tour at the participant's expense.

3.2. Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the security of their personal belongings throughout the duration of the tour. The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Medical Considerations: Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements that may impact their participation in the tour. The company reserves the right to deny participation to individuals whose health conditions may pose a risk to themselves or others.

4.2. Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Liability

5.1. Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

5.2. Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify the company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the tour.

6.1. Itinerary Alterations: The company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary, accommodations, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.
